    job summary:

    • Design and manage data architecture for the organization, including defining data models, data flows, and data storage systems to support business objectives.

    • Manage and optimize databases, ensuring availability, security, and performance.

    • Collect, clean, and analyze data to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions

    • Use data visualization software (Tableau) to identify trends and patterns and provide actionable insights.

    • Install, configure, and maintain various database systems.

    • Coordinate with and assist application developers with application database design and implementation.

    • They will be the only person in the team doing this specific work - team of 8.

    • This is a remote role but want someone close to one of the following hubs - Denver, Charlotte, Tampa, Austin, (New York or Cerritos only if rock star)

    responsibilities:

    qualifications:

    • Experience level: Experienced
    • Minimum 10 years of experience
    • Education: Bachelors (required)

    skills:

    • Python (10 years of experience is preferred)
    • SQL (10 years of experience is preferred)
    • Tableau (10 years of experience is preferred)
    • Teradata (10 years of experience is preferred)
    • Redshift
