Coordinates the logical and physical design and development of the enterprise data architecture in support of the Enterprise Data Repository and Business Intelligence infrastructure.
Job Responsibility
- Provides strategic advice and guidance to the Data Lake and Governance function. Develops the logical and physical design of the enterprise data architecture, including design, build and implementation of an Operational Data Store (ODS), Data Warehouse, and Data marts, etc.
- Analyzes existing data models for applicability to ODS, Data Warehouse and Data Marts schemas.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand project requirements and communicate implementation methodology, project milestones and system functionality.
- Works with source system owners to establish and measure data quality metrics, investigates and resolves source data issues; continuously evaluating and refining transformation rules.
- Designs and delivers guidelines that allow for a broad base of developers to build content sourced in an ODS adhering to established standards and strategy.
- Recommends and advocates for data policies, governance structures and control frameworks for ongoing management of data to ensure synchronization, accuracy, completeness and reliability.

- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 10+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
