Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for independently checking and entering insurance applications
  • In an interface function, you clarify technical questions between customers (m/f/d) and external insurance companies
  • You support with telephone and written inquiries from our existing customers (m/f/d)
  • Through your careful work, you ensure our high quality standards and help improve internal processes
