- Help with install of Solar panels.
- Help with greasing trackers.
- Preventative Maintenance
- Solar Tech with some OandM experience but not necessary.
- Electrical, Mechanical, Inverters, Substation, Preventative Maintenance.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- We want to fill a position that we will eventually need a permanent employee to be an O&M technician (this person can be temp that could turn permeant to the right person.) But No guarantees.
- 4 days per week/10 hours per day

Previous O&M experience is preferred but not necessary, with a focus on tasks such as labor work, solar panel installation, tracker maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
