Responsibilities:


  • Greets customer and obtains customer and vehicle information and mileage
  • Determines general nature of repairs needed and writes a clear description of customer needs on the repair order
  • Points out other noticed repairs or maintenance for which the customer has a need
  • Provides customer with estimated repair costs and anticipated time of completion
  • Sends repair order to be dispatched and maintains contact with technicians throughout the workday
  • Calculates estimates on technician found repairs and notifies customer of these needs
  • Notifies customer when repairs are completed
  • At pickup, reviews work performed and multipoint inspection results
  • Answer phones, collect customer info and make appointments
  • Other duties as assigned

Personal Characteristics:


  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Comfortable interacting and dealing with the public; Must have a professional appearance
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks and fulfilling several obligations at once

Education and Experience:


  • Prior automotive experience preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Able to operate computer based systems
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour
