    Requirements

    Job Summary:

    The Data Conversion Analyst is responsiblefor leading and managing the data conversion process from start to finish. Thisincludes assisting in analyzing data conversion requirements, designing, anddeveloping conversion scripts, ensuring the accuracy and completeness ofconverted data, and providing training and support to end-users. The DataConversion Analyst is responsible for mentoring and coaching junior dataconversion analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices, and continuouslyimproving the data conversion process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ·Lead and manage the dataconversion process, including analyzing requirements, designing conversionprocesses, developing conversion scripts, and ensuring the accuracy andcompleteness of converted data.

    ·Mentor and coach junior dataconversion analysts, providing guidance and feedback to ensure adherence tobest practices and continuous improvement of the data conversion process.

    ·Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and projectmanagers, to ensure smooth data conversion and integration with other systems.

    ·Develop and maintain dataconversion standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry andorganizational standards.

    ·Troubleshoot and resolvecomplex data conversion issues, including identifying and correcting errors indata.

    ·Perform data quality checks tovalidate converted data and ensure accuracy and completeness.

    ·Document data conversionprocedures and create user manuals for end-users.

    ·Analyzing data from differentsources and identifying any discrepancies or errors.

    ·Developing mapping andtransformation rules to convert data from one format to another.

    ·Collaborating with other teams,such as developers or business analysts, to ensure that data conversion meetsproject requirements.

    Key Functional & Technical Skills :

    ·Proven experience as a DataConversion Analyst or in a similar role.

    ·Familiar with NoSQL, Cosmo andMongo Databases.

    ·Experience with Azure DataFactory.

    ·Experience in extracting datafrom varying global databases.

    ·Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, orJava.

    ·Experience with ETL (Extract,Transform, Load) tools and techniques.

    ·Familiarity with data modelingand database design principles.

    ·Knowledge of data qualityassurance and testing methodologies.

    ·Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills.

    ·Strong communication andcollaboration skills.

    ·Ability to lead and manage ateam, as well as work independently and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.

    Experience :

    ·5+ years of experience as aData Conversion Analyst, ETL Analyst or a similar role

    ·Bachelor's/or a combination ofeducation, training and experience to provides the required knowledge, skills,and abilities.

    ·Computer Science, InformationSystems, or a related field.

    Required Qualifications:

    ·Proven experience as a DataConversion Analyst or in a similar role.

    ·Experience with ETL (Extract,Transform, Load) tools and techniques.

    ·Knowledge of data qualityassurance and testing methodologies.
