Responsibilities:
Own compensation analysis for a company of 250 employees, with a specific focus on California, Washington, and Oregon.
Provide coaching to managers on compensation conversations, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with colleagues and managers to research and implement effective compensation solutions that align with our strategic goals.
Actively participate in HR team initiatives and contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR processes and practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in compensation analysis duties
Extensive experience in researching and collaborating with managers and colleagues to implement solutions.
Desire to be part of an exceptional HR team in a professional environment and willingness to work on-site as needed with a hybrid work schedule.
