- Align with Strategic Mandates of Increased Profitability, Reduced Risk, Applied Innovation and Governed Growth
- Manage and administer all aspects of the total compensation program companywide
- Implement modifications to the salary structure based on external analysis recommendations
- Develop Compensation Management Training for leaders and HR staff
- Coach leaders on compensation and benefits matters
- Manage various benefit plans across the company
- Collaborate with top management and benefits consultant on benefit plan evaluations
- Stay updated on compensation and benefit trends
- Oversee the annual benefits enrollment process
- Evaluate and propose changes to compensation and benefits policies and procedures based on laws and company philosophies
- Create and maintain an organizational compensation and benefits strategy
- Implement wellness initiatives to reduce healthcare expenses
- Generate monthly reports using HRIS and reporting software
- Participate in department goal setting and achievement
- Provide leadership and coaching to team members
- Manage vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and reporting requirements

Job Responsibilities:
Leadership Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee employee-related activities such as hiring, training, performance appraisal, and issue resolution. Support strategic initiatives and apply Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you need a Bachelor's degree in HR Management (Master's preferred) and at least five years of experience in compensation and benefits. PHR and/or CEBS certification is a plus.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other designated software. Ability to adapt to new technologies.
Language and Math Skills:
Strong communication and analytical skills to interpret documents and present information effectively. Proficiency in mathematical concepts for practical application.
