    This opening is for a Manufacturing QA Analyst, part timeposition in the Quality Group based in Fremont, California.

    This role will be responsible for organizing, analyzing and validating data for Plasma and Thermal Product tools to create summary reports for Operations Management to review.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Organizes and validates customer, manufacturing issues data, and deviation wavers data for Plasma and Thermal Products
    Ensures data is complete and all records are complete
    Analyses the data thoroughly and questions or highlights any concerns with the data
    Summarizes the data and created appropriate charts to represent the data
    Creates power point presentation to create summary report for Executive Management to review
    Communicates issues and responds promptly to Management.
    Prioritizes work assignments to ensure timely completion.
    Communicates status of workload to the department lead.
    Interacts effectively with peers and internal customers - Engineers, Technicians Managers, etc.
    Must be comfortable with MS Office suite and data management system.
    Works in a team environment
    May help with other Manufacturing documentation update under Manufacturing Engineer's supervision
    Takes responsibility for safety in immediate work area.
    Notifies supervisor of all observed hazardous conditions or unsafe work practices.
    Willing to take on any other duties as assigned


    Requirements:
    A minimum of a high school diploma
    A minimum of 2 years of experience working in Manufacturing in any capacity, like internship etc.
    Highly detail oriented
    Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
    Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    Written and verbal communication skills
    Good organizational and prioritization skills
    Be able to work in office at least 2 days a week
    Ability to read and interpret assembly and test instructions, a bonus
