Duties:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel vehicles and equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on diesel engines
Repair or replace faulty components, such as brakes, transmissions, and engines
Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functioning after repairs
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed

Skills:

Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines
Experience with vehicle maintenance and repair, including brakes, transmissions, and engines
Knowledge of HVAC systems in diesel vehicles
Ability to operate a crane for lifting heavy parts or equipment
Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and address their concerns
Familiarity with soldering techniques for electrical repairs
Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop is a plus
Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision
Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
