Associate Product Delivery Manager


The Associate Product Delivery Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product delivery efforts and customer requirements, along with working closely with vendors, sales, marketing and other supporting teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Associate Product Delivery Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports an user experience compatible with industry standards including but not limited to its's user intuitiveness as well as meets the Commercial Card/Payables platform overall strategy and goals.

Associate Product Delivery Manager should be knowledgeable of the Card/Payables features and functionality.

Associate Product Delivery Manager Objectives

  • Conduct, oversee, outline, and analyze product delivery efforts
  • Define project strategies and plans
  • Identify key team members for product development
  • Lead & Support crossfunctional development teams
  • Prioritize product features
  • Lead the creation of earlystage samples or demos and gather feedback
  • Conduct research on competing products
  • Manage project budget
  • Ensure platforms are intuitive, in that they meet industry and/or clients user expectations

Requirements:


  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Manager Associate and/or Execution/Delivery Manager
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • 2+ years of experience in a job in the Card/Payables industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical background, with experience in Card/Payables Industry
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Agile experience (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, etc.)
  • Proven ability to influence crossfunctional teams without formal authority
