What to expect

  • Implementation of individual care
  • Execution of treatment and basic care measures
  • Creation, updating and evaluation of care documentation
  • Accompaniment of medical diagnostics and therapy
  • Consultation and guidance for residents and their families
  • Differentiated training and guidance for apprentices
  • Ensuring a consistently high level of qualification and training
  • Ensuring a correct and fair evaluation of apprentices
  • Creating a trusting learning atmosphere
  • Close cooperation with nursing schools according to the respective cooperation agreements
  • Communication with all professional groups involved in training in the facility
  • Confidant for apprentices with superiors (WBL/team leader/PDL)
  • Main contact for all employees of the facility regarding questions about training
