    In-depth knowledge of Siebel CRM software and its modules.

    Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes and translate them into Siebel solutions.

    Communication Skills:
    Effective communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

    Requirements Gathering:
    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for Siebel applications.

    Analysis:
    Analyze business processes and user needs to recommend appropriate Siebel solutions.

    System Design:
    Design Siebel solutions that align with business requirements, ensuring optimal system performance and usability.

    Configuration and Customization:
    Configure and customize Siebel applications based on business needs and requirements.

    Data Mapping and Integration:
    Work on data mapping and integration tasks to ensure seamless data flow between Siebel and other systems.
