"I have always been a very fit person and have never had more than a couple of extra kilos. Since menopause, it has been difficult for me to maintain and lose weight. In January, I experienced a major trauma that has left me feeling quite blocked. During this time, I have gained quite a bit of weight, I imagine about 6 kilos.
