Description

We are a dynamic warehousing operation specializing in the storage and distribution of cottage cheese, servicing major clients including Wal-Mart.

Our dedicated team ensures that all inventory management follows strict FIFO (First In, First Out) principles to maintain the highest quality and efficiency.

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery to manage inventory according to FIFO principles.
• Place incoming stock in designated spots across multiple levels or adjacent locations, ensuring older stock remains accessible.
• Perform manual picking and specific tasks related to Wal-Mart orders, including compliance with their system for label printing.
• Conduct regular audits of physical inventory to ensure accurate stock rotation and alignment with digital tracking systems.
• Participate in training and adhere to safety guidelines and operational protocols.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure a smooth flow of operations and timely execution of tasks.

• Proven experience as a forklift operator; experience in a food distribution center is a plus.
• Familiarity with FIFO inventory management and ability to adapt to warehouse layout constraints.
• Experience with manual picking and an understanding of major retailer systems (e.g., Wal-Mart) is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid forklift operator certificate/license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
