Doctor Studio a Forum Health Provider is looking for a full time Administrative Liaison(Front Office)This is a full time position Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
Job Summary
- Provides excellent customer service by greeting and acknowledging the client
- Resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations and options.
- Answers Inquiries and provides information to customers and visitors
- Provides highlevel administrative support to clinical staff, and departments
- Processes transactions, memberships, and drop shipped items.
General Accountabilities
- Team player; ability to adopt the culture of the growing clinic and contribute to the vision of the practice
- Customer care; welcoming and receiving patients/visitors to the clinic by greeting them, checking them in, making them comfortable and attending to their inquiries both in person and via the telephone
- Strive for full customer satisfaction and maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor.
- Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to the service area.
- If problems are not resolved, report them to the office manager by EOD.
- Exhibits positive energy; knowledgeable and engaging while promoting DS products and services
- Update inventory of products, supplies and accessories
- Carefully schedule appointments and followup appointments to coincide with the Provider's schedule and procedure timing
- Honest and dependable, clean, smartly dressed, motivated with superior communication skills
- General office duties; scanning documents, restocking and organizing client areas.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) to process transactions, memberships, etc.
- Utilize CRM, Microsoft Word and Excel, and patient satisfaction assessment software with a highstandard of proficiency expected.
- Respect patient privacy by adhering to the highest patient privacy standards and methods concerning patient records, treatments, procedures, medical history and contact information and use only for official purposes when necessary.
Job Qualifications
Customer and personal service knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, telephone etiquette and evaluating customer satisfaction.
Sales—effective communication and product knowledge—should understand a product's features and benefits from the customer's point of view so they can have more engaging conversations that lead to sales and service.
Organized — the ability to stay focused on different tasks and use your time, energy, strength, mental capacity, physical space, etc.
