Your Profile:

You ideally, but not necessarily, have professional experience or knowledge in insolvency law or other legal areas such as corporate, tax, labor, or enforcement law. You also have commercial knowledge or interest and possess social competence and a natural, confident demeanor.

Your Responsibilities:

You will work in a team in insolvency administration as well as in traditional legal work. You will accompany insolvency proceedings from the application to the conclusion of the process. In doing so, you will support the insolvency administrator in investigations, administrative and liquidation tasks, reporting, and company continuation.
You will correspond with various parties involved in the proceedings and act as a contact person for non-legal employees. Insolvency administration is very diverse in both legal and practical aspects.

It requires high mental flexibility and the ability to find pragmatic and business-oriented solutions while being aware of legal possibilities.
