Description

Your tasks:
Leading interdisciplinary project team members, across locations of development and product companies, in achieving set goals and tasks

Managing customer-specific application development, from requirements analysis to the productive use of injectors, pumps, peripherals, and engine control units

Coordinating design tasks, timely procurement, assembly of prototypes, and successful commissioning at the customer while considering business aspects

Organizing and leading project meetings

Creating and coordinating project plans and schedules

Controlling, planning, and monitoring measures and tasks in line with the product development process

Presenting interim results to relevant decision-making bodies and presenting development results to customers

Providing technical sales support in acquiring new projects


Your qualifications:
You have a degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field

You have extensive professional experience in integrating engine components, validation, and industrialization in the automotive product life cycle


You have proven experience as an operational project manager with a self-sufficient, structured, and analytical approach, as well as a high level of motivation.

Ideally, you have an IPMA certification

You have a solid understanding of development processes (OEM, software, ECU)

You are experienced in dealing with international corporate cultures and business trips

You are fluent in German and English
