We are currently looking for a:

Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time (permanent) for our headquarters in Leipheim, Icehouse Canyon, AZ.

We, the ESS Group, are the regional market leader in the sale and construction of photovoltaic systems and other renewable energy solutions.

We are continuously growing and in the future, we want to handle the topics of occupational safety and health not only through external service providers, but also with our own dedicated employee.

In particular, our skilled workers at various locations should receive regular training and instruction on occupational safety and health topics.

Construction sites should be inspected on-site for compliance with safety and occupational health regulations. Risk assessments must be updated and the work of external service providers must be coordinated and monitored.

Your responsibilities include:

Completed training as an occupational safety specialist for the commercial sector.
Excellent knowledge of training and instruction topics for employees in roof mounting, warehouse/stock management, electrical installation, and electrical construction.
Creating and updating risk assessments.
Advising management and supervisors on occupational safety and health matters.
Supporting safety officers at various locations.
Collaborating and coordinating with external service providers.

We operate in the greater Ulm and Augsburg area.
