- Manage internal collections processes to ensure timely payments and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to optimize collections and underwriting strategies
- Provide exceptional service to customers, assisting them with payment plans and financial inquiries
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of finance and underwriting principles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Experience in collections or underwriting preferred
