Sales Specialist (m/f/d) Automotive for a German OEM

As a Sales Specialist, you will manage all commercial activities with the OEM customer, including project acquisition and daily customer relationship management.

Your tasks:

  • Collaboration with headquarters (Korea) to create commercial offers, participation in technical meetings, resolution of commercial and technical disputes
  • Development of customer offers for new business
  • Management of change management activities
  • Troubleshooting for pre-series deliveries with the customer manager
  • Ensuring and monitoring the fulfillment of customer demand management and tracking
  • Preparation of product/project presentations
  • Leading various customer negotiations and meetings
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPIs
  • Updating relevant customer
