We are seeking a QC Inspector/Technician who will be responsible for ensuring that the product is within quality standards and specifications.

This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining quality and safety standards; visual inspections measurements and functional testing of the product; recording data/test results to validate conformance; and assisting with quality related reports, reviews, and audits as needed.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role.

  • Performs inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies or finished company products according to well defined criteria and specifications
  • Uses measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gages, optical inspection and computerized inspection devices as needed
  • Rejects and returns nonconforming materials and/or products that do not meet applicable specifications and requirements
  • Documents inspection results by completing applicable inspection reports and logs
  • Responsible for keeping measuring equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for calibrations and repairs when required
  • Maintains manufacturing and inspection related documentation
  • Performs inprocess inspections
  • Supports the quality department with reviews, reports, and audits as needed. Assist with NCR investigations and root cause analysis
  • Perform DHR Reviews
  • Assist with onboarding new inspectors
  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standard operating procedures and complying with legal regulations
  • Participates in quality control/assurance related activities
  • Participates in performance improvement activities, utilizes resources efficiently and effectively takes responsibility for own learning needs

Required Education and Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Inventory experience preferred

$ $26.00 per hour
