Bay Terrace Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in beautiful Dover, DE is hiring a Full Time and Part Time Guest Services position.

The position hours are 11:30am-8pm.

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Guest Services team members provide a welcoming, top notch guest experience from admission to discharge.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Conduct Ambassador Rounds daily to ensure rooms are ready for admission
Meet with patients and families upon admission to assist with transition
Understand role of staff members and their functions in order to properly address needs
Complete various administrative projects as directed by supervisor.
Possess appropriate computer skills needed to effectively accomplish required tasks.
Support admissions and activities departments with tours, paperwork, and engagement
