The Head of Capital Markets will be responsible for developing and maintaining lender relationships for PRC that allows us to be competitive to the market for our clients.


Syndication

  • Manage the funding team to ensure deals are funded in a timely manner.
  • Work cross departmentally to ensure all requirements are met that are needed to syndicate debt and/or equity within 35 business days of receiving closing documents from PRC's Lessees.
  • Responsible for meeting quarterly and annual funding goals.
  • Primary liaison with PRC's lending partners.
  • Presenting deals with supporting documentation to PRC's lenders monthly and quarterly for approval.
  • Provide residual support to PRC's lending partners as required, including Lessee PRC historical performance.
  • Tracking economics at award and at syndication to determine best lending partner.
  • Improve economics at syndication, when possible, with lenders and equity partners.
  • Negotiate rates with PRC's lending partners.
  • Identify, establish, and onboard new lending partners, and develop and maintain longterm relationships.
  • Ensure lending programs are adhered to and operating efficiently.
  • Document syndication tranches in PRC's CRM.

Credit

  • Provide Opportunity Management Credit Guidance and Investment Criteria by Lessee and/or Lender.
  • Approve credit availability and guidance prior to bid request submissions to Opportunity Management to ensure credit availability.
  • Monitor backlog and escalate opportunities that may be impacted by our lending partners, including but not limited to; rates, limits, expiration, and Lesse credit.
  • Review and approve new credit requests and work with lending partners to establish credit limits/lines.
  • Monitor and report on credit approvals, credit limits and expirations to ensure proper capital to award new opportunities.
  • Track and manage credit approvals for transactions with extended delivery timeframes that require warehousing of multiple Acceptances and Progress Payments.
  • Work with PRC lending partners to increase credit limits and extend expirations for current Lessees.
  • Work with PRC lending partners to establish credit limits/lines for new Lessees.
  • Track and report on statuses of parent guarantees.
  • Review credit worthiness of PRC's remarketing vendors.
  • Experience using SuperTRUMP and TValue.

Experience and Education:


  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills, prioritization of projects and tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • 720 years' experience in credit and syndications for Equipment Financing
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus as we build out lenders in Latin America
