Join our team as a Senior Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) and be responsible for the payroll process for a defined group of employees, taking into account legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations, including all pre- and post-processing tasks.

You will also advise and support employees, managers, and internal interfaces on all payroll-related, social security, and income tax issues, including personnel-related topics and assignments.

As a subject matter expert, you will act as a contact person within the payroll team and for HR colleagues.

Your tasks also include maintaining master data, statistical evaluations, and managing timekeeping in ATOSS.

You will independently handle administrative tasks, such as issuing certificates, maintaining electronic personnel files, and corresponding with health insurance companies and authorities.

You will also support the implementation of payroll-related project activities.
