JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Dorrean, LLC is looking for an Intelligence Analyst to review and assess sensitive intelligence data holdings and coordinate with other entities as appropriate to determine the significance/impact of that information. The Intelligence Analyst will review information contained in a sensitive, tightly controlled database, as well as Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Access and various Intelligence Community (IC) databases. The Intelligence Analyst will be required to attend various meetings to support the development of reports, assessments, and briefings, and will provide preliminary assessment reports and daily/weekly/monthly updates on data submittals related to the review of the sensitive intelligence information.
  • The Intelligence Analyst will provide analytic assessments, develop intelligence work products, research open and closed source databases, and develop position papers and briefings as necessary for dissemination to Executive Management and other stakeholders in the Intelligence Community.
  • The Intelligence Analyst shall provide intelligence analysis support services for Counterintelligence (CI) focused intelligence and operational initiatives in accordance with the mission objectives. The analysis shall support efforts to develop comprehensive actionable intelligence.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE:


  • Minimum of seven (7) years of intelligence analysis experience supporting a USIC agency.
  • Minimum of four (4) years Counterintelligence experience related to the unit they would be supporting (i.e., Russia, China, Iran)
  • Minimum of three (3) years working for FBI, CIA, NSA, DIA, NCSC or ODNI.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the following areas: Providing targeting analysis and/or writing targeting packages, source identification and development, source validation, Strategic analysis, Tactical analysis, Intelligence collection management; and/or Geospatial intelligence experience.
  • Experience developing and writing actionable intelligence leads and/or classified intelligence products for the USIC in accordance with ODNI tradecraft standards.
  • Experience in using a wide variety of analytical techniques used to determine and communicate trends and patterns, fill gaps in information and project events, identify anomalies, ascribe meaning to events or information from disparate sources, and develop defensible judgements and conclusions based on accepted research and analytical methodologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in the intelligence and investigative programs' operations, procedures, techniques, and terminology of the entire IC; the proper development and presentation of information; and the proper fulfillment of related information needs and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of IC resources and experience in acquiring information from intelligence sources to ensure that the information developed is complete, and, where possible, corroborated for accuracy.
  • Experience in oral and written communication, providing information, expert advice, and guidance; persuade others to consider recommendations made/argue a position; and abstract concepts and facts clearly and effectively to share with various entities of the IC.
  • Advanced experience with analytic tools and software to include but not limited to Palantir, i2 Analyst Notebook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access).
  • Basic experience with programming languages such as Python are a plus.

  • TS/SCI with a fully adjudicated Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)

Pay:
$90, $105,000.00 per year
