For our internationally renowned client, Siemens Mobility in Ludwigshafen, we are looking for a Logistics and Shipping Manager (m/f/d) in Edgemont, MD.

Your responsibilities as Logistics/Shipping Manager (m/f/d):

Managing the material flow, from material provision to goods dispatch
Ensuring tracking, verification, prioritization, and forwarding of orders through the appropriate software
Managing all important documents such as delivery notes, transport orders, picking lists, bills of lading, etc. and resolving issues with dispatched orders
Working handson in shipping and always keeping an eye on the shipping department's budget
Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and company policies

Your profile as Logistics/Shipping Manager (m/f/d):

Completed vocational training as a specialist for warehouse logistics (m/f/d), warehouse specialist (m/f/d), or equivalent
Professional and managerial experience as a shipping manager (m/f/d), logistics manager (m/f/d), team leader (m/f/d) logistics/shipping, or equivalent
Indepth knowledge of logistics processes
Experience with SAP software and good knowledge of MS Office
Understanding of budgeting and reporting
Forklift license and knowledge of load securing
