The Selling Sales Manager is accountable for directing the sales team and exceeding monthly storegoals by coaching and mentoring each Sales Associate to meet their individual sales quota and
achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with Bruegge and Co's vision and values.
Overall, the Selling Sales Manager contributes to the company's high performance culture by modeling
our core values and engaging in sales activities that keep the Ashley brand as the #1 home furnishings
market leader in style, selection, quality and value.
Develops Sales Professionals by training and implementing the company's sales strategies
- Initiates and manages sales programs to ensure attainment of company sales goals and
- Understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of
- Conducts weekly oneonone review with each Retail Sales Professional and Selling Assistant
needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance
- Assist in customer service issues that affect the sales department
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance of sales goals and

- Conduct sales meetings every other weekend with sales staff, following the company meeting
- Directs traffic during busy times to ensure all customers are being serviced according to the
- Abide by the Manager Integrity Statement and always uphold company values
- Communicate masterfully at all levels, ability to write and speak clearly and informatively
- Recruit Retail Sales Professionals
- Take customer overflow to assist and close sales in addition to being in the Upboard rotation
Corporate Sales Trainer action plans for their improvement
- Performs nightly checkouts for each associate and monitors the integrity of Trax traffic and
- Key holder in charge of closing store down and closing processes
- Ensures guest follow up with Podium and manages guest interactions post sale
