Description
Dow Jones is looking for a Quality Manager to join our Due Diligence team responsible for the creation of high-quality reports on companies and/or individuals using a combination of publicly-available sources and proprietary databases.
As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Quality Analysts.You will work closely with your peers and your team of Quality Analysts ensuring that all Due Diligence reports are thoroughly reviewed with the highest quality standards and delivered each day meeting our client delivery dates.
You will report to the Associate Director, Due Diligence Quality.You Will
- Assist in quality assurance assignment processes, including the development of a robust assignment workflow to ensure optimum capacity available across the global quality teams
- Provide regular and transparent communication of team objectives and goals
- Rapidly respond to shifting delivery dates
- Ensure quality analysts are regularly providing actionable feedback to the research team for a robust continuous feedback process
- Supervise, support, and develop a team of quality analysts to maximize potential through motivation, coaching, counseling, and delegation
- Contribute to additional quality assurance review for strategic clients
- Ensure Due Diligence reports are delivered ontime to meet client requirements in terms of content quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness
- Communicate with clients effectively, addressing their questions and concerns and providing remediation training when necessary
- Promote the Due Diligence research and quality assurance processes internally and externally
- Perform testing of new or enhanced system and product functionality
- Support training of future members of staff
- Support R&C with translation services as and when required
You Have
- Ability to coordinate appropriate internal resources
- Resourcefulness to readily adapt to changing customer expectations
- Knowledge of and interest in international affairs and politics
- An openness to different views and opinions and an appreciation for team diversity
Preferred
- Previous experience in the field of Due Diligence research
- Specialist legal, business or financial knowledge
