Description
These are the contents of your training:

Are you interested in a real man's job, where you can use your manual skills and have the opportunity to work with large machines? The training as a road builder offers you a good mix of physical and mental activity, great collegiality, very good pay already during the training period, many subsequent career opportunities, and fun at work due to varied tasks in challenging projects.

The tasks of a road builder include breaking and constructing all types of surface coverings in the road area and on private properties, as well as installing supply lines and drainage facilities. You will learn, among other things, how to create underground foundations, how to lay water pipes or sewers and connect them to individual houses, how to set curbs or gutters, and how to build various types of drainage systems, and much more. While the first part of your apprenticeship will focus on learning technical skills, you will also be guided towards understanding plans and questioning specifications to ensure they are technically feasible and to identify potential problems early on. You will also learn about the organization of construction sites, including the effective use of materials and manpower. Learning surveying, especially stakeout and leveling, is also part of your training.

What we can offer you:

  • A secure job in a well-established company
  • Attractive pay including Christmas bonus

  • More jobs from Quantum Ventures
