- Perform routine and preventative maintenance (plumbing, heating, and electrical)
- Repair fixtures and equipment
- Install appliances and equipment
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems issues
- Demonstrate safe work practices under hazardous conditions
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License Required.
- Successful completion of background check required
- Minimum 5 years of handyman or maintenance experience
- Building construction experience is a plus
- Experience using hand or power tools
- Basic plumbing, heating, electrical, and HVAC knowledge
- Hydraulic systems and air compressor systems knowledge
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
