As a special form of living according to SGB IX, the
Vitanas Heilpädagogische Centrum Kladow offers qualified assistance services for adults with primarily cognitive impairments within the framework of integration assistance.

Our employment and support area (BFBTS) offers people the opportunity to gain structure for their day and participate in community life.

In the physically separated living area, our daily activities are tailored to the individual support and assistance needs of our clients.


We are looking for you in
Berlin-Spandau as:
Pedagogical specialist for integration assistance (m|f|d)

unlimited full-time (38.5 hours/week) or part-time. The core working hours are from Monday to Friday.

  • Individual assistance, care and support for our clients in the employment and support area
  • Needsbased assistance services for our clients
