Tradeweb is seeking an AVP, Treasury Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team. The successful candidate will be able to support our global treasury functions.

This position will be mainly responsible for assisting and managing day-to-day critical and time-sensitive treasury activities, generating periodic reports as well as successfully executing any ad-hoc projects.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating with both internal and external partners to drive value for the company while working strategically to support several functions within the company.

Job Responsibilities Responsible for managing treasury services and bank administration requests for all business units across multiple time-zones Coordinate bank account documentations and assist in the implementation of bank services Facilitate manual electronic funds transfers and payments globally Prepare and distribute daily global cash position report and work on the design of report automation Set up daily excess cash investments and periodic renewal of existing investments for all business units Manage all banking transaction activities via Kyriba and bank platforms including monthly intercompany transactions Act as a liaison between Tradeweb business units and relationship banking partners for any transactions inquiries Partner with business units to identify and implement banking solutions based on specific business requirements Assist with quarterly dividend process and SOX control management Support new account implementations and assist with Treasury integration projects Take ownership of ongoing optimization of Kyriba (Treasury Management System) implementation Communicate and assist with internal and external Treasury audit processes Support annual insurance renewals, ad-hoc analysis and distribution of certificate of insurance Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to automate and improve work process Qualifications 5+ years of experience in treasury functions Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or equivalent work experience Knowledge and experience with Kyriba as a Treasury Management Systems Experience managing and/or assisting corporate insurance Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Savings Plan :
Employees are immediately eligible for the 401(k) plan. Participants may contribute up to 75% of eligible compensation into a traditional 401(k) and/or Roth 401(k). Tradeweb will match 100% of the first 4% of compensation that you contribute.

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $80,000 to $125,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule.

The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
