Job Duties:

Wire Harness assembly
Electro-Mechanical assembly
Wire cutting
Crimping
Soldering
Mechanical assembly
Maintaining a workstation and building products from a schemati
Be punctual and professional
Have strong attention to detail
Have a strong work ethic
Be able to work with their hands, sometimes hand crimping terminals for several hour a day
Be able to maintain a clean and organized work area
Have mastery of basic mathematical skills including the ability to perform linear measurements
Have the ability to read and understand work instructions, schematics, and drawings
Be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Be able to focus on detailed work for hours at a time.
Be able to pass a test for visual acuity, color differentiation, and characteristic identification.

Preferred Qualifications

and crimping experience

Experience with reading and understanding complex schematics/drawings
Familiarization with ISO 9001 and AS9100
Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts such as Six Sigma, Kaisen, 6S, and Visual Workplace
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products and/or ERP software
IPC-A610, A620, and/or J-STD001 certifications.

Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
