Description
McColl is looking for all-rounders to join our team at DAS ACHENTAL.

As a hotel professional, you will be trained in all areas of our resort, making you a versatile and knowledgeable employee.


The main focus of the training will be on reservations and reception, food and beverage (service and kitchen), and housekeeping.

This will give you a comprehensive understanding of the different departments and how they work together to ensure quality and smooth operations.

Effective communication with guests is a key aspect of all tasks, including check-in and check-out, reservation management, serving food and drinks in our restaurants, bar, and events, and maintaining and designing guest rooms.

You will also learn practical skills such as food preparation techniques, menu planning, and inventory management. Additionally, you will gain insights into marketing strategies.

The training will take place both on-the-job and in vocational school (either in blocks or 12 days per week). The standard duration of the apprenticeship is three years, but it may be shortened in certain circumstances. We also offer personal support and further training opportunities within the resort.


To be successful in this role, you should have a completed secondary education, a passion for the hospitality industry, and enjoy working with people.

You should also possess excellent communication, organizational, and sales skills, as well as a willingness to learn and be a reliable team player.

Most importantly, you should have the qualities of a great host.
