- Ideally, three to five years' experience practicing family law (we can do some but not extensive training).
- Licensed to practice law in Washington state.
- Trained in Collaborative Law a plus.
- Must have a clean record with respect to malpractice judgments and bar grievance determinations.

We are a small, fast-paced and rapidly growing law firm devoted to family law in Washington state. Our mission is to provide value to clients above and beyond providing exemplary legal representation.
We are looking for an associate attorney. The associate will be responsible for all aspects of a client's case including communicating with clients and other counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for and attending court hearings, mediations and conferences, and preparing for and attending arbitrations and trials.
Skills and experience are required, appreciated, and valued, but personality, character, intelligence, and integrity will be paramount considerations. High-maintenance, humorless, or self-important individuals will not succeed in this position and should not apply.
