As a trainee in the IT program at Allianz Kunde und Markt (AKM), you will join a team of around 1,300 IT specialists and work together to shape the future of a digital and agile Allianz.

With a focus on the customer, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

What to expect as a Trainee IT Consulting in the trainee program:

During the 18-month program, you will immerse yourself in the diverse world of AKM and actively participate in projects. This includes the development of our customer app, sales portal, and operational data management.

Your personal mentor will work with you at the beginning of the program to determine your individual focus areas.

Working with our business analysts, you will find digital solutions for our customers' needs, taking into account various interests and requirements.

As a product owner/scrum master, you will take responsibility for planning, review, agile methodology, and refinement of your projects. You will also have the opportunity to gain exciting insights into strategic decisions as an assistant to top management.

During the "choice phase," you can choose between an exciting project or working at one of our international OEs.

After completing the program, you will have numerous opportunities to continue your career with us, such as a business analyst, agile master, or product owner.
