East Texas Region (travel between Longview, Tyler, and Nacogdoches)


The Physician Relations Manager position is a high-profile role responsible for developing key stakeholder market relationships and implementing healthcare provider engagement activities that support the growth of our practices.

Activities will include targeting and building collaborative relationships with - physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, physician groups, and hospital systems.

Engagement activity responsibilities include - physician sales calls, referral relationship development, implementation of care coordination between healthcare organizations, and researching and developing high-level specialist options for Airrosti patients.


The Physician Relations Manager will participate in establishing market plans and strategies to expand Airrosti's footprint in their assigned region.

Success is measured by the increase in new patients and overall provider schedule utilization.

  • This is a parttime position ranging between 2530 hours per week; the hours are flexible between 8:00 AM 5:00 PM but do require some flexibility around lunch

Working Environment:


  • The role entails fieldbased work and driving to physician offices/prospects.
  • Remote work proficiency is required.
  • You'll manage engaged prospects while also fostering new business.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree from a fouryear college or university is preferred
  • 1+ year(s) of relevant work experience
  • Reliable transportation for weekly travel within assigned territory (Tyler, Longview, Nacogdoches)
  • Mileage reimbursement is included
  • Background in corporate health/wellness, healthcare sales, account management, or marketing is a plus
