- Supporting Power, PPL (pumping line), PCW (process cooling water), UPW (ultra-pure water) System, Chemical System, Plastic System, Gas System, Exhaust.
- Support implementation of cost, quality, and installation improvement initiatives.
- Conduct Site Quality Audits.
- Maintain Audits and Quality Events.
- Create, distribute, collect, and review QA/QC
- Check sheets with our mechanical, electrical, and adjustment teams.
- Perform corrective actions, auditing, and metric reporting duties by utilizing lean principles and root cause analysis tools.
- Support the Company's commitment to a culture of safe work practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering
- QA/QC experience: Project Engineer requires a minimum of 10 years.
- Large project and construction management experience preferred with strong results in meeting deadlines and cost requirements, requires a minimum of 10 years.
- Quality control management or industrial Building Inspector experience. Project Engineer requires a minimum of 10 years.
- Experience with interpreting and enforcing contract requirements, drawings, specifications and applicable codes.
- Knowledge of the applicable codes and standards for industrial construction
- Proficient in Microsoft and other computer skills
- QA/QC construction certificate
- Cleanroom experience preferred.
- Semiconductor facility construction experience preferred.
- Bilingual: Mandarin and English, or Spanish and English.
- Communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
