    Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) (w/m/x)
    Abgeschlossene Hochschul-/Fachhochschulausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Informationssicherheit / IT-Security oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
    Einschlägige Personenzertifizierungen (CISM, CRISC oder vergleichbare)
    Kenntnis und Erfahrung mit Audits, sowie mit Normen und Prüfungsrahmenwerken (ISO27001, ISO22301, NISG, ISAE3402) sowie mit aktuellen Sicherheitstechnologien inkl. Cloud-Security
    Analytische, nachhaltige und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
    Fähigkeit Zusammenhänge und Abhängigkeiten zu identifizieren sowie gesetzliche und vertragliche Anforderungen in die Praxis umzusetzen
    Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf unterschiedlichen Stakeholder-Ebenen
    Ihre Aufgaben

    Gesamtzuständigkeit für die Informationssicherheit und physische Sicherheit des Unternehmens (Sicherstellen der Security-Compliance zu den einschlägigen Gesetzen und Normen)
    Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung eines zertifizieren ISMS, des Risikomanagements und des Business Continuity Managements inkl. Krisenmanagement
    Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines umfangreichen Richtlinien- und Prozessrahmenwerks
    Definition, Durchführung und Kontrolle der Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
    Erstellung und Durchsetzung von Sicherheitsvorgaben für Provider (Entwicklung und Betrieb)
    Mitgestaltung und Prüfung von Sicherheitskonzepten
    Definition von Sicherheitsanforderungen in Projekten
    Sicherstellung der Auditierbarkeit aller Prozesse und Abläufe (Revisionssicherheit)
    Begleitung von Audits (ISO27001, ISAE3402, interne Revision und sonstigen Sicherheitsaudits)
    Koordinierung von externen Sicherheitsüberprüfungen
    Erstellung, Planung und Durchführung der Security Awareness Maßnahmen
    Effiziente Koordination der Security Incident Prozesse
    Steuerung eines SecOps Teams und dazugehörigen Fachthemen
