Taunus gGmbH, we are one of the largest providers of social services in the Rhein-Main Taunus region with 270 employees.

The DRK Senior Center & Day Care Idstein is a modern nursing home with an attached day care facility where 80 residents live and up to 15 day guests are cared for daily. We offer motivating leadership, professional guidance, training, and development for our employees.

Our responsibilities include implementing the care concept, quality processes, and care standards, as well as personnel planning and optimizing work processes.

We provide expert basic and treatment care, activate and maintain the residents' resources, and ensure quality assurance and documentation. We are recognized as responsible nursing professionals according to § 71 SGB XI. We are looking for individuals with a confident demeanor, excellent communication skills, and empathy.

We value a positive attitude towards working with elderly individuals in need of care, the ability to take responsibility, and strong teamwork and conflict resolution skills.
