The Social Psychiatry Foundation provides care for people with mental illnesses.

In the team of the meeting point "Der Kessel" in the North Hamburg region, around 40 clients are supported in their own apartments or shared living spaces.

They are located near the Kiwittsmoor train station. Our multi-professional team is looking forward to your support

Your profile:

You have a degree in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification.
You have a solid expertise in social psychiatry/nursing and communityoriented networking.
You have previous leadership experience.
You enjoy developing teams and see yourself as a coach for your employees.
You are interested in multiprofessional teamwork and have a cooperative, communicative and binding leadership style.
You are interested in organizational changes and actively participate in shaping such processes.
You are highly structured and organized.

Your tasks:
