Description
Install fixtures such as ceiling fans, light fixtures, and faucets- Repair or replace damaged flooring
- Perform basic carpentry tasks such as building shelves and repairing furniture
- Maintain tools and equipment in good conditionExperience:
- At least 5 years of experience in general maintenance and repair work
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Good communication skills

Pay:
