Primary Job Duties:

Preparing documents for pleadings, discovery, motions, letter correspondence, etc.
Organization of case files; gathering, organizing and analyzing data
Works closely with attorneys and inoffice billing department including accounts receivable
Organize, chart and process incoming records and invoices
Edit Motion and discovery documents
Prepare Affidavits of Service and facilitate outgoing documents to the Court and to adversaries
Prepare court filings; and efiling
