Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse.
• Utilize technology to manage and track inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to fulfill orders and prepare them for shipping.
• Utilize computer systems to generate shipping labels, packing lists, and other necessary documentation.
• Implement best practices for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to warehouse equipment or inventory management software.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a warehouse worker or similar role.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely (valid certification preferred).
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (50 pounds) when required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team player mentality with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong technological aptitude and familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
• Prior experience with inventory management software (e.g., NetSuite, WMS).
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations within a warehouse setting.

Salary:
$15.00 to $19.00 per hour
