Our Five Divisions are HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, and Construction. Having all of these trades under one roof make serving our customers very convenient and allows us to create lifelong customers. Our Preventative Maintenance plan is like no other and really allows our customers to make sure that all of their key parts to their home are invisible. because they are well maintained.
**ELECTRICAL SERVICE MANAGER**
A typical day in the life of an Electrical Service Manager starts nice and early at about 7:00 AM. You want to review prior days performance and take note of takeaways that will help you improve as we progress. Some of the things you will look out for are tech conversions, options given, revenue, customer satisfaction, memberships sold, efficiencies, truck stock, training and quality control among other things.
Next, you will see what is on the board for the day and put together a game plan on how to effectively approach the day Preparation is 80% of the battle. Preparing will also help you tackle emergencies or issues if they arrive.
The rest of the day you are coaching and making sure your team is performing to the best of our abilities and creating an impact on our current and future customers.
Working with other departments makes your job very rewarding because they rely on your Johnny on the spot attitude when they have a question or need a hand, your experience really comes in handy not just with your direct team but with the rest of the other divisions. You Are The Expert We Need
Some of the Technical Stuff:
We are a flat rate premium service provider and charge a premium price.
We use Service Titan as our CRM.
. We work Monday thru Friday and evenings and Saturday on an emergency basis. We are closed on Sundays.
We pay weekly and pay bonuses, commissions, and or spiffs Monthly.
Have a valid drivers license and clean criminal background.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,500 plus bonuses
