- Develop and execute strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Support local recruiting strategy, tactics, funnels, and procedures in line with corporate requirements.
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports to (HR) Management upon request.
- Promote the companys reputation as the "best place to work" & "employer of choice" in local community and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Build networks to find qualified candidates for the blue-collar population.
- Research and recommend new sources for recruiting both active and passive candidates.
- Keep updated records of all information reports for internal and external audits.
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage employees and promote a positive company culture.
- Create and maintain employee communication materials, including newsletters, intranet content, and company-wide announcements.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Hoosier at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employer branding, talent acquisition, and internal communications.
- Interact with all relevant internal interfaces and stakeholders on the Continental corporate side (country, sector, BA etc).
- Occasional work outside of normal business hours may be required to support local Hoosier/community events.
- Occasional onsite presence at the Lakeville, IN Hoosier HQ location will be required. Primary location will be Plymouth, IN.
- Internal salary grade to be determined based on number of relevant years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Previous experience creating company communication material.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
