Description

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) for 30-35 hours per week as a group leader for our Evangelical Integrative Kindergarten Ermreuth in Warsaw.

The Ermreuth Kindergarten specializes in the care and support of children with disabilities or impending disabilities, who are cared for in significantly smaller kindergarten groups. Currently, eight children in need of support attend our facility. The multi-professional team is supported by specialist and counseling centers in the field of early intervention. In order to best support the children entrusted to us, we would like to expand our team.

Your tasks with us:

Planning, designing and implementing pedagogical work
Support for parent evenings and development discussions
Organization of daily routines and participation in the further development of the pedagogical concept
Establishment of professional and trusting relationships with the children
Collaboration with legal guardians in the spirit of an educational partnership
