If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at ABLE Kids, you will be at the forefront of promoting meaningful change in the lives of our clients aged between 2 and 6 years old.

You will collaborate closely with our team of dedicated professionals to deliver top-notch Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and contribute to the creation of innovative behavior intervention plans.


Responsibilities include:
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinical setting, encompassing behavior change interventions, motor activities, group and individual activities, self-help and daily living skills, potty training skills, community and home environment access skills, and conversational and verbal skills.
  • Implement treatment plans created by the BCBAs.
  • Support and guide parents under the BCBAs' supervision.
  • Maintain professional communication with families, team, and supervisors.
  • Collect data on treatment plan goals.
  • Record data changes and consult with the BCBA to make data-driven decisions.
  • Complete daily notes and documentation.
  • Engage in orientation and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe clinic environment.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Some college is a plus.
  • A strong commitment to consistent attendance, including reliable transportation to and from the clinic.
  • RBT Certification OR Willingness to complete a 40-hour course and exam to acquire certification (company covers costs).
  • Compassion, relevant experience, and willingness to work with young children.
  • Openness to receiving CPR training and undergoing a background check.

Pay:
$18/Hr, 40 hours per week, $37,440 annually
