Duties:


  • Administer Microsoft Active Directory accounts, printer queues, computers in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, group policy objects, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, network permissions, and network connections.
  • Execute programs, such as DICE and MiPACs, Pharmacy/Laboratory/Radiology, T-Metrics, DMLSS, ZEISS, updating information, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • As Information System Security Officer, implement cybersecurity policies, assess vulnerabilities and recommend processes for improvement.
  • Oversee help desk, reviewing and assigning tickets, verify policy/guidance is adhered to and resolve any complex information technology cases.
  • Conducting inventories, inspections and data reconciliation to manage property assets.
  • Manage the clinic's VoIP phones, mobile devices and fax lines for setup, functionality for sufficient capacity, and maintenance of accurate location for 911 response.
  • Provide support for continuity of operations by identifying capabilities and gaps, and developing solutions to fill the gaps.

  • Position requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
  • A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
  • A oneyear probationary period is required if the selectee has not previously met this requirement.
  • Selectees will be required to sign a statement (Condition of Employment) consenting to seasonal influenza vaccinations or must provide a recognized exemption.
  • A preplacement medical examination is required.
  • Immunization screening is required. Hepatitis B immunization is required for all positions with direct patient contact. Applicants may be required to show proof of other immunizations depending on the type of position.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association. Advanced certification (e.g., ALS) does not supersede BLS.
  • Moderate to heavy lifting up to 30 pounds is required.
  • This position may require the incumbent to work during irregular work hours which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or varying work schedules.
  • This position may require the incumbent to work on call during irregular work hours which may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and/or varying work schedules.
  • This position may require the incumbent to work weekends and/or holidays.
  • This position requires a valid Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification within 6 months of employment, in accordance w/ DoD Issuance and DoD Cyber Exchange Public's Approved Baseline Certifications.
